* configure.ac: Check for FriBidi
* frm/Makefile.am: Link with libfribidi
* frm/frm.c: Rewritten output routines using FriBidi. Arabic
subject lines look almost OK, except that all characters are
displayed in isolated variant.
* frm/testsuite/frm/test.exp: Fixed to match the new frm output.
