Add Folder class to libmu_cpp. Provide new examples lsf.cc and msg-send.cc.

* examples/cpp/lsf.cc, examples/cpp/msg-send.cc,
include/mailutils/cpp/folder.h, libmu_cpp/folder.cc: New files.
